Autumn events have a strong focus on Oxford's relationship with Europe, with concerts, exhibitions and festivals all celebrating the city's links with its twins, and the new Accession States. Highlights include the Arrivals programme, exploring the best in contemporary art and music from Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia, plus an exciting production of Masquerade, from the State Small Theatre of Vilnius, and a documentary film festival. Our programme also includes some Oxfordshire firsts: a festival run by and for young people; a Disability Arts Festival with a huge array of talent, and a showcase celebrating Oxford's rich indigenous mix, from the Caribbean to India and Africa. www.evolvingcity.com.
