Official Fellowship and University (CUF) Lecturership in French Literature Post-1715Applications from suitably qualified candidates are invited for an Official Fellowship and University (CUF) Lecturership in French Literature Post-1715, starting 1 October 2005 or as soon thereafter as possible. The college will expect the person appointed to teach up to two centuries of French literature within this period. In addition, preference may be given to applicants with an ability to contribute to teaching and supervision in one or more of the following fields: late eighteenth-century literature, nineteenth-century literature before 1870, nineteenth- and/or twentieth-century poetry, Francophone literature, gender studies, film.The combined college and university stipend will be according to age on a scale up to £45,707 (subject to pay review). Additional college allowances are available. Queen Sofía Research FellowshipExeter College proposes to elect a Queen Sofía Research Fellow in Spanish Modern and Contemporary Peninsular Literature from 1 October 2005. The fellowship is open equally to men and women and is tenable for two years in the first instance, renewable for a further period of one year only.
