ROYAL COMMISSION FOR THE EXHIBITION OF
Industrial Design Studentships 2004
About six Industrial Design Studentships will be offered in 2004
to graduates with a good grounding in engineering or science who
wish to develop their capabilities in industrial or product
The award is for a year and comprises all tuition fees, a
stipend of £8,500 per annum, an allowance of £750 per
annum for materials, and some travel expenses. A second year will
be similarly supported if the course demands it and the first
year has been satisfactorily completed.
- be British nationals, resident in the UK.
- be intending to make a career in British industry.
- hold a
good first degree in engineering or science.
- have obtained admission to a suitable postgraduate course in
the UK or overseas.
- normally be aged 21--24, but older candidates may apply.
The closing date for applications is Friday, 30 April 2004.
