A Memorial Service for DR JOHN MORRIS ROBERTS (1928–2003), formerly Scholar of Keble College 1947–50, Prize Fellow of Magdalen College 1951–53, Fellow and Tutor of Merton College 1953–79, Honorary Fellow of Merton College 1980–84 and 1994–2003, Honorary Fellow of Keble College 1981–2003 and Warden of Merton College 1984–1994 will be held at 3.30 p.m. on Saturday, 11 October, in the chapel, Merton College. After the service, tea will be served in Merton College. Entry to the service will be by ticket only. A Service of Thanksgiving for MICHAEL MACLAGAN, formerly Fellow and Emeritus Fellow of the college, and JEAN MACLAGAN, will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, 4 October, in the University Church of St Mary the Virgin.

Refreshments will be served in Trinity College after the service.
