Greyfriars Hall: appointment of Accounts/Administration Assistant. Greyfriars Hall is one of 5 Permanent Private Halls within Oxfordshire which is part of the University of Oxford. We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts/Administration Assistant to work alongside the Provincial Bursar. The postholder will act as personal assistant to the Provinical Bursar; assist in the day-to-day accounting duties i.e. purchase ledger, battels ledger of College. This position is a very varied role and would be suitable for someone who likes wearing more than one hat. Greyfriars Hall is a registered charity which offers a small challenging environment which caters for fewer than 50 Graduate/Under graduate students. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and confident and be able to work with minimum supervision.
