The North Oxford Association-a community organization based at the Ferry Centre in Summertown-is looking for an editor with bright ideas for the revamping of its News Magazine. This will be a printed quarterly publication of some 12 A4 pages and will include local advertising. NOA is a registered charity run by volunteers and so the position will be unpaid.
