St Barnabas Church, Sun., 14 Oct., 8 p.m.: Emma Kirkby joins Fiori Musicali for Bach's Wedding Cantata, and music by Vivaldi, performed in the sumptuous setting of St Barnabas, North Oxford's nearest thing to a Romanesque basilica, built during the 19th century after the Cathedral of Torcello near Venice, and now splendid after its recent redecoration.
