CONGREGATION 11 December
Notice
The meeting of Congregation is cancelled. The sole business comprises a question to which
no opposition has been notified and in respect of which no request for an adjournment has
been received, and Mr Vice-Chancellor will accordingly declare the statute approved without
a meeting under the provisions of Tit. II, Sect. iii, cl. 11 (Statutes, 2000, p. 7).
Declaration of approval of Statute amended on 27
November
Statute: Approval of new University Statutes
Explanatory note
Seven amendments to the proposed new University Statutes were approved by Congregation
on 27 November. The full text of those statutes, and of the necessary enabling statute, was
published in Supplement (1) to Gazette No. 4601,
7 November 2001.
