Declaration of approval of unopposed Statutes promulgated on 8 February

No notice of opposition having been given, Mr Vice-Chancellor declared the Statutes (1) concerning the integration of the University's libraries and (2) converting the Wilde Readership in Mental Philosophy to a Professorship of Mental Philosophy approved.
