Situations Vacant

An experienced and capable assistant is sought by the Ashmolean Museum, to provied basic administrative support to the Director's Secretary. Duties will include helping with the day- to-day running of a busy office, managing and maintaining the booking schedule of the Headley Lecture Theatre, and developing and maintaining a personnel database. It is essential that the post-holder is familiar with office procedures, has experience using WordPerfect 6.0 and Excel 5.0, and can set up and operate an Access database.
