Situations Vacant

The Oxford English Dictionary is looking for freelance workers to assist editorial work on the third edition of the dictionary. The job, based in-house, will involve assessing quotations from the department's files. Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. Anthropology and Geography Faculty Board and Oriental Studies Faculty Board: applications are invited for an interesting secretarial vacancy (arising from a retirement) intended to offer suport to the Assistant Registrar and other colleagues based in the Oriental Institute, first and foremost in connection with the Anthropology and Geography Board. In addition the post-holder will become involved in a range of activities concerned with the Oriental Studies Board and a number of inter-faculty committees.
