Fees whilst abroad
Students should not assume they will not pay fees for their course if they are undertaking a period of study abroad. Generally undergraduates on a year abroad will receive a 50% reduction in their course fee and Erasmus students may be eligible to have their fees waived if they fulfil the relevant criteria. Living costs
Living costs will vary according the country where you undertake your studies. Students should be able to gain information on the cost of living from their departments and other students who have previously undertaken the year abroad.
Students undertaking the Erasmus year abroad are eligible for assistance with their living costs via a grant provided they submit all of the required information.
