Enhanced Bursaries: Opportunities for First Years
The University of Oxford offers Enhanced Bursaries in conjunction with BP, Man Group and the Citi Foundation. The bursaries offer additional financial assistance along with contact with the sponsoring organisations to Oxford Opportunity Bursary holders.
Eligibility criteria
Applications are open to students who are:
- in their first year of study
- in receipt of an Oxford Opportunity Bursary (Home/EU students) or ordinarily resident in the UK and have a household income of less than £42,600 at the time of application
- studying the subjects specified by the sponsoring organisation
- Preference will be given to those not already in receipt of an industry-sponsored award or the Moritz-Heyman Scholarship
Awards
£1,000 per year for the normal length of your course. Around 15 awards are available in 2012/13.
Please note, BP and Citi Foundation Bursaries will not be allocated to new students in 2012/13, but existing holders will continue to receive their bursaries.
