Other information

Awards will be distributed where the selection panel feels that it would make a substantial difference to a student’s studies; priority will be given to: DPhil students conducting crucial research for their doctoral theses; MPhil and MSt/MSc students conducting research critical for completion of their degrees; and other study projects.

Typically, the panel will not fund simple conference attendance: only applicants who are presenting papers will be considered. The panel looks favourably upon applications that involve collaboration with local institutions. The panel does not fund internships, travel for undergraduates or post-docs, or travel to support job searches.
