This lecture series was established in honour of our alumna Sue Lloyd-Roberts, an award-winning broadcast journalist whose uncompromising and courageous documentaries highlighted humanitarian issues across the world.

This year we welcome Jonathon Porrit - described as Britain’s most influential green thinker - who will address the issue ‘Sustainability – does anyone out there care? The role of the investigative journalist.’

The lecture will be followed by a drinks reception and a fundraising dinner. Proceeds from the dinner will go to the Sue Lloyd-Roberts Fund to support St Hilda's students who wish to explore careers in the media.

The lecture and reception are free, but please register in order to attend.
