St Hilda's Drama Society presents 'The Picture of Dorian Gray' by Oscar Wilde, which tells the story of a young man who sells his soul for eternal youth and beauty so that a portrait bears the burdens of age and sin in his place. Though he initially believes this will allow him to act on every impulse without consequences, he soon finds that his new freedom has come at a terrible price.

This new adaptation for the stage restores dialogue from Wilde's original manuscript, which was heavily edited before its publication in 1890. On February 29 2016, it will become the first student production in Oxford to be live streamed to a remote audience.
