Graham Van't Hoff, Head of Shell Chemicals, will discuss the following: How has Shell and Shell Chemicals adapted its organisation models over the years as the external environment has shifted? With each change there were intended, but also unintended, consequences. What did these look like, and what should leaders learn from this? Bad organisation can be very destructive to business value, but is there such a thing as a "perfect" organisation in a large multi-national? Probably not - so how do we deal with that? Graham will present views and then be open for discussion.
