An exhibition of new works created by artist-in-residence Patrice Moor during her year spent observing and painting the oldest botanic garden in the UK. Patrice's work follows the grand tradition of still life (known as 'nature morte' in French) examining detail observed observed and executed with painstaking precision. The subject matter of Patrice's work highlights the diversity and fragility of living things as well as the transience of plants and their lifecycles.
