There will always be more robots, and they will do more and more for us: driving, defending, farming, exploring, building, healing, managing, inspecting, surveying and caring. We should be proud of our ingenuity but thoughtful of the consequences. I will describe and explain some of the robotics science we are developing (no maths or science background necessary!) that will underpin some major use cases of robotics, for example, autonomous cars.

Please come intending to interrupt and ask questions - its always much better that way!
