This talk is about emotion, behaviour and the self in Zen practice, and Zen's relevance for mental health today. Emotion affects our moods and feelings and drives us in what we say, do and think. By changing this, Zen relieves the suffering and removes the stigma of so-called mental illnesses. This talk is organised by the Friends of the Pitt Rivers Museum but all are welcome.
