Join our bushcraft instructors for an introduction to wild food, followed by a cook up around the campfire using some of the ingredients you have collected. We will take a leisurely walk through the Arboretum to discover a broad range of plant identification techniques, and look at a large number of useful plants that we have in the Arboretum. Discover the stories around these, how to forage sustainably and the cooking techniques used to make them into delicious food. We'll cook on the fire but bring a packed lunch too.
