IMPORTANT - Advice on travelling to Oxford for Open Days

We strongly recommended that you use public transport, if at all possible. If you do travel by car, please note that parking in the city centre is very limited.  There are several Park & Ride bus services which run from car parks on the outskirts of Oxford. Drivers coming from the east, including London, the south and the west are advised to use the
Redbridge Park & Ride, while drivers arriving from the north can choose between Pear Tree and Water Eaton. Please avoid both the Thornhill and Seacourt Park & Rides which are often full.

For maps and further details about travel and parking, please download our open days guide above.

2011

Oxford University open days in 2011 will be Wednesday 6 July, Thursday 7 July and Friday 16 September.

Can't come on an open day?

Don’t worry! You are still welcome to visit at any time. If you have particular questions about a college or department, you might like to contact them before you visit, as it’s not always possible to arrange personal meetings, especially during termtime. Most colleges are open throughout the year, at least for potential applicants to walk around the grounds. We recommend that you start your visit at the Admissions Information Centre where we can advise you on how to get the most out of your visit.
