December tests for shortlisted candidates not attending Oxford

Some courses require you to take a written test during the Oxford interview period in December:

Philosophy	Philosophy and Theology	Monday 3 December 10am (1 hour)
Economics	History and Economics	Wednesday 5 December 11am (45 minutes)
Philosophy	Philosophy and Modern Languages	Thursday 6 December 3pm (1 hour)

If you come to Oxford for your interview, your college or PPH will make all the arrangements for you and you do not need to complete this form.

If you are shortlisted for a course requiring a December test, but you are not attending interview in Oxford, you must complete this form to let us know where you intend to take the test.
