Oxford Application Forms

For most people, the only form required when they apply to Oxford is the online UCAS application, which you must complete at www.ucas.com by 15 October. For a five step guide of how to apply to Oxford please see www.ox.ac.uk/apply.

Organ and Choral Awards

Students wishing to apply for a choral or organ award must complete a separate online application form. The deadline for completion of these application forms is 1 September.

It is now too late to apply for an Organ or Choral Award for 2014/15 entry.  Links for 2015/16 entry application forms will be published in spring 2014.

Accelerated Medicine Course - for science graduates (A101)

Applicants for the Accelerated Medicine course will also need to complete a supplementary application form, in addition to the UCAS application. For more information and a download of the supplementary application form, please see Study Medicine at Oxford.

Written work cover sheets

Where written work is required for your subject, it must be submitted by 11 November, with a completed cover sheet.  You can check which subjects require written work and find further details on the 'How to Apply' tab on each of the course pages.  See also further details about the submissions of written work.
