Judging and prizes

A panel of judges will be drawn from the Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach Office to shortlist and award the prizes.

All images should seek to represent an aspect of undergraduate life at Oxford.

One prize of one £250 Amazon voucher will be awarded to the winner of the competition. Two prizes of one £100 Amazon voucher will be awarded to two separate runners up. More than one award will not be made to the same individual.

The criteria applied by the judges in determining the winners will be the aesthetic quality of the image, interpretation of the theme and adherence to the Terms and Conditions as set out on this page.

Winners will be contacted via email in June and then publicly announced via the University website. All winners agree to participate in publicity regarding the Undergraduate Photography Competition.

The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. If the winner cannot be contacted, the University of Oxford reserves the right to offer the prize to another shortlisted entry.

We reserve the right to withhold the prizes.
