If you are unable to make your payment, please email onlinestore@admin.ox.ac.uk quoting your phone number and our finance team will contact you and take your payment by phone.

If you have successfully made a payment after submitting your application using the temporary code, you need take no further action. If there was an issue with your subsequent payment or we cannot match it to your application, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
