Jenni Hunt
Keble College, PPE
I went to Townley Grammar school, and I am the first in my family to go into higher education.
The application process was clear, and the use of university-set exams enabled me to recover from poor AS results. The interviews were enjoyable, and I made a lot of friends.
I have learnt to work independently, manage my time, get work done and still have fun
I chose my degree because I feel passionately about philosophy, and had a
deep interest in politics.
I feel that in my short time here I
have learnt to work independently, manage my time, get work done and
still have fun.
Tutorials help you to see whether you really
understand your work, and help you develop a close working relationship
with your tutor. The huge variety of extra activities enables you to
gain important experience and to meet new people who share your
interests.
I am having a brilliant time studying here, and there
are a lot of opportunities.
