The College is housed in a unique collection of Grade I former monastic buildings by GF Bodley, and has recently completed an extensive programme of refurbishment to bring its accommodation and facilities up-to-date.

Founded: 1876
St Stephen’s House is one of the University’s permanent private halls. It is an Anglican theological foundation which provides training for ordination in the tradition of the Oxford Movement, has a large annual cohort of PGCE students, and offers a wide variety of different qualifications in theology through the University.
