Woodstock Road Frontage

A large-scale development, comprising a new learning centre, library extension and a kitchen, will complement St Anne’s College’s existing buildings and greatly improve the college’s presence on Woodstock Road. As well as improving college facilities, the St Anne’s Woodstock Road redevelopment will also open up several key views to the public.

The development consists of two substantial new buildings and also involves the demolition of a gatehouse built in the mid-1960s.

This demolition will open up views to a signature college building, the Grade II listed Hartland House, and will create a new quadrangle in the front of the college. The timetable allows for a phased implementation of these projects.
