Exeter College

Exeter

A redeveloped site for graduates, located on the Iffley Road in east Oxford, will ultimately provide 112 rooms for Exeter’s graduate students, almost 70 per cent of who come from overseas.

This will guarantee college accommodation for first-year graduates, and many second and third years. The building has been designed to provide top-quality accommodation in the form of flats for groups of students, visiting academics or students with families, with its site designed to integrate existing and new buildings around quadrangles to contribute to Exeter’s collegiate feel.
